This website presents the web design services offered by Primartech Ltd. The scope, pricing, deliverables, and terms of any project engagement are defined in a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

Payment and VAT
All prices shown on this website exclude VAT. The following rules apply:
- Cyprus clients : Cyprus VAT (19%) is added to invoices.
- EU B2B clients with a valid VAT number : zero-rated under the EU reverse charge mechanism (Article 196 EU VAT Directive). The client self-accounts for VAT in their jurisdiction. The VAT number must be provided at quote stage.
- Non-EU clients : no VAT charged.
Specific payment terms (deposit, milestones, currency) are defined in the project agreement signed before work begins.

Intellectual property
All content on primartech.net, including text, graphics, logos, design, and code, is the property of Primartech Ltd and is protected by Cyprus and international intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
- Disrupt or interfere with the website's operation
