An Engineering-First Engagement Protocol

Phase 3: The Technical Statement of Work
We do not send generic PDFs. We provide a Statement of Work (SOW) that reads like a technical specification. It defines exactly what will be built, the technology stack to be used (for example, Next.js, AWS, Kubernetes), and what is explicitly out of scope to prevent surprises.
Phase 4: Sprint Zero & Integration
